Created to honour Lisbeth Dahls 50 years in theatre and Ulf Pilgaard’s 75th birthday, this tart shares its name with a play shown at Østre Gasværk, in which they both starred. Apple Compote, Vanilla Cream, Marcipan and shortcrust. Decorated with apples.
