Learn to create the legendary Efterårskage, prepare delicate chocolate bars, make the unique
chocolate French macaroons and take all you produce home with you. You will also receive a
certificate and a green La Glace apron. The course lasts approximately 4 hours and caters to all who hold the
The Efterårskage consists of a chocolate truffle and chocolate-almond base coated in chocolate and decorated with leaves of chocolate. The Efterårskage is made with inspiration from the dark autumn and the furrows and dark brown leaves that is so significant for the season. In the course, you will also learn to create French macaroons with chocolate, which La Glace was the first to make in Denmark. We make them with an original French recipe, and the macaroon consists of two crispy, airy and delicate almond meringues, sandwiched between a velvety chocolate ganache.
