Description
Come to a course around the nougat and learn to make cake impressions. Nougat truffles are made, marcon bases are baked, custard is boiled and marzipan is rolled before Volmer Sørensen’s Jubilee layer cake and Margrethe cakes are completed. All self-produced goods are taken home.
In addition, a diploma and gold apron are handed out.
The course lasts approx. 4 hours and is aimed at everyone who loves the cake kitchen.
