Description

Conditori La Glace is Copenhagen’s oldest pastry shop with an exciting history and many traditions behind it. Our most popular layer cake, the Sports Cake, is perhaps also our most traditional, with an age of over 130 years.

On this very special evening, the next generation Stagetorn Kolos is showing; Laura Stagetorn Kolos and Maria Stagetorn Kolos, around the patisserie’s many floors. Along the way, an apprentice will demonstrate how a Sports Cake is made, which you then eat downstairs in the shop. We offer coffee, tea or hot chocolate, while Maria and Laura hold a short lecture about the history of La Glace and the famous Sports Cake.

At the end of the event, you will receive a gift bag with 200g of crushed nougat and the book “Cakes, Art and Love – A Journey through 140 years”, which contains the recipe for the Sports Cake, so you are ready to make the Sports Cake yourself at home.

The event lasts approximately 1.5 hours and costs 515 per person. person all inclusive.

The book and the nougat alone have a value of DKK 313.
