You will be thaught the skills of baking a macaroon base, burning nougat as well as baking and dipping the choux pastry in caramel before putting it all together to make the legendary Sportscake.
In addition, nougat ice cream and chocolate bars are also made. All self-produced goods are taken home. On top of all this, a diploma and a green apron with golden embroidery will be handed out during the session.
The course lasts approx. 4 hours and is aimed at everyone who loves the sweet kitchen.
The ticket for the course is sent immediately electronically via the e-mail provided after the payment has taken place. The ticket must be shown on the day, but it is not necessary to print it.
Cancellation or change of date can be made no later than 2 weeks in advance. In case of acute illness announced 6 hours before the start of the course, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
