Our Easter ice cream is an interpretation of our classical French ice cream cake.
It consists of a mango/passion fruit sorbet, chocolate- and nougatparfait base. The Easter ice cream cake is decorated with ice cream “eggs” made from abricot/orange sorbet, vanilla parfait, chocolate parfait and mango/passionfruit sorbet, small flowers and a nest of chocolate. On the side it has white meringue, danish butter cookies and dark chocolate.
