An ice cream cake full of summer vibes, made with a stracciatella ice cream and strawberry sorbet base.
It is decorated with rhubarb sorbet, strawberry/elderflower sorbet, scoops og vanilla and chocolate chunk parfait (stracciatella), chocolate coins and marzipan daisy flowers.
This ice cream dessert is made without nuts and almonds – except for the marzipan flowers.
It is only made in one size and with the mentioned flavours.
