The cake is named after Queen Margrethe and was made to celebrate the Queen’s ascension to
the throne in 1972. Decorated with the Queens favourite flower.

The Margrethe Cake consists of soft nougat cream, a florentine bottom and marzipan with
rum. Decorated with a daisy flower made of marzipan.
