The Karen Blixen Cake is named after the famous Danish author who, among other things, had
a coffee farm in Africa. The cake was first made for the opening of Karen Blixen Museum Rungstedlund in 1991.
The Karen Blixen Cake consists of coffee mousse and mocha truffle with roasted hazelnuts all
on a chocolate bottom. Decorated with chocolates.
