The Danish cake is inspired by H. C. Andersen’s fairy tale The Swan’s Nest.
The Danish cake consists of strawberry and rhubarb compote flavored with ginger and cinnamon, as well as mascarpone cream with vanilla on an almond base. Decorated with red chocolate seals.
