Payment when the goods are delivered by courier

There are two possibilities:
1. Transfer of the amount, three (3) business days prior to delivery, to our account with
Danske Bank: Registration number: 4180/Account number: 00 1025 5503
International bank details SWIFT BIC: DABADKKK IBAN: DK1130000010255503
2. Receive an invoice which will be subject to an administrative charge of 50 DKK + 5% of the
invoice total.
PLEASE NOTE: Our courier, Bring Express, cannot accept payments.

Payment when the goods are sent by Post Denmark

Payment via webstore is completed with credit / VISA. Payment information is provided via a
secure connection and all payments are made through PBS (Banks’ Pay Service).

Delivery Conditions

La Glace is delighted to deliver your order in the greater Copenhagen area. When La Glace
delivers, we live up to our responsibility to ensure that the delivery is timely and arrives in
good condition. If you would like a cake that is part of our usual daily assortment for sameday
delivery, we request one to two hours notice during normal business hours. We deliver on
weekdays and with an additional charge on Saturdays. On the Sundays that La Glace is open,
we will not deliver but can order a taxi to deliver the order. Charges for transport will be
included on your invoice.
We deliver almost all wedding cakes ourselves, but we also have reliable experience with Bring
Express’ delivery of our cakes.

Delivery of goods ordered at the gift shop on the website

Everything in La Glace’s web store can be sent by Post Denmark. All packages cost kr. 80 in
delivery. Courses cost kr. 19 in postage and Gift Card in an envelope kr. 10.
The earliest we can guarantee delivery is 2 working days after placing an order and we only
deliver to Denmark.

Cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order by contacting us on the same day as the order is placed.

Returns

According to the Sale of Goods Act, La Glace is not obliged to take food back. All other items
purchased at the gift shop may be returned in their original condition within a 14 day period
following purchase.

Payment terms

All prices include VAT. VAT (unless otherwise stated) is expressed in Danish kroner. Please take
into consideration that misprints, price changes and sold out goods may occur.
