Summer ice cream cake

Summer fresh ice cream dessert with a base of vanilla ice cream with chocolate pieces and a strawberry sorbet.

Topped with scoops of sorbet with rhubarb and strawberry/elderflower, as well as scoops with parfait with vanilla with chocolate pieces. Decorated with chocolate wafers, marzipan daisy flowers, white meringues, butter cookies and pink chocolate.

The ice cream is without nuts and almonds, except from the marzipan flowers.

 PLEASE NOTE that we pack the ice cream with dry ice, so it stays frozen for up to 8 hours without being kept in the freezer. However, take precaution that in rare occasions we might run out of the dry ice. In that case you´ll be contacted directly prior to the pickup / delivery, for further planning.
