Twelfth Night (Evening of 5 January)

Twelfth Night marks the official end of the Christmas season. If the tree has not yet been taken down or the decorations packed away, this is the moment to do so — after all, Christmas does not last until Easter, only until Twelfth Night.

The evening is celebrated in many countries — including France, where the tradition of the Galette des Rois originates. This classic cake is made with puff pastry, filled with vanilla custard and generous amounts of marzipan. Hidden inside is a porcelain charm, accompanied by two paper crowns.

Available in two sizes:
Small Galette, serves approx. 5–6 people: DKK 425
Large Galette, serves approx. 10–12 people: DKK 625

Available from approximately 2 January to 15 January.
