The Christmas ice cream has been a tradition for many generations at the Christmas dinner table for many Danish families.
The ice cream base consists of nougat-, mocha-, and sorbet- ice cream. Topped with shaped strawberry-, black current-, lemon/lime-, raspberry- and cheery sorbet. Decorated with small chocolate wafers, a marzipan snowman and French macaroons.
There is always an ALMOND in the. If you don’t traditionally have a present for the one that finds the almond, then we could suggest one of our marzipan pigs or the small snowman on top.
