The easter ice cream cake consists of a base with chocolate parfait, nougat ice cream and mango / passion sorbet. On top is a chocolate nest filled with ice cream eggs of apricots / orange sorbet, vanilla parfait, chocolate parfait and mango/passionfruit sorbet. Decorated with small easter flowers in marzipan, white meringues, Danish butter cookies and dark chocolate.
Available from 3 weeks before easter but can of course be pre-ordered earlier.

PLEASE NOTE that we pack the ice cream with dry ice, so it stays frozen for up to 8 hours without being kept in the freezer. However, take precaution that in rare occasions we might run out of the dry ice. In that case you´ll be contacted directly prior to the pickup / delivery, for further planning.
