When La Glace was founded in 1870, it was only possible to make cakes with summer berries during the summer months, and this tradition has largely been upheld. As a result, we only use fresh Danish berries during the summer, when there is a delightful selection of cakes to look forward to: Strawberry Cake, Harmonie, Summer Twist, Fruit Tart, and much more. We also prepare large quantities of beautiful ice desserts.
