Among Danish cake tradition is kransekage. We have two of the classics and three we created ourselves.
- Classic – as we all know and love.
- Soft nougat – the classic with soft nougat and dipped in chocolate.
- Vilma – bronze winner at Denmark’s Best Kransekage 2023. Baked marzipan with chocolate and blackcurrant gel. Decorated with purple icing.
- Tipsy Almond – silver winner at Skoubogades Best Kransekage 2022. Baked marzipan with amaretto-sirup and almond praline. Dipped in dark chocolate. Decorated with a gold ornament.
- Kaffehaps – bronze winner at Skoubogades Best Kransekage 2022. Baked marzipan with coffee. Rolled in hazelnut. Dipped in dark chocolate and decorated with a mocha bean.
