New year’s ice cream cake

Let La Glace be the ones creating the last dessert of the year, with a beautiful and tasty ice cream creation.
The ice cream base is made with nougat -, mocha-, and sorbet ice cream. Topped with ice cream figures consisting of raspberry-, strawberry-, lemon/lime-, mango/passionfruit- and orange sorbet. Decorated with small marzipan confetti, chocolate wafers, a marzipan snowman and French macaroons – the ice cream cake also comes with candle sparklers.
