Chocolate bars
Chocolate bars crafted from Callebaut chocolate and further refined by La Glace’s skilled confectioners. Some are based on white chocolate, others on milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel chocolate – and one is made from pink Ruby chocolate. Almost all varieties are available in their pure form or enhanced with delicious ingredients.

Kransekage top
We don’t accept more orders for the period February 1st – February 23rd.
The old tradition, started by King Christian X, that the marzipan tops from La Glace only is decorated with the Danish flag. Just like the king wished it, and we haven’t changed it since.
Kransekage tops comes in multiple different sizes:

French macaroons
La Glace was the first place in Denmark to introduce the small delicacy French Macaroon.
They are produced after the original French recipes; two crispy, airy almond meringue with a chewy bity put together with a fresh, velvety cream. The flavours are pistachio, coffee, raspberry, passionfruit, chocolate and blackcurrant.
Perfect for an afternoon tea or as a hostess gift.

If you wish to order a specific taste for a special occasion, then we need a minimum order of 50 pieces of that one type.
The order then needs to be places 7 days prior to the event. The prices are like normal DKK 27 per macaroon.

The Walnut Cake consists of crushed walnuts in whipped cream, an almond base and mocha icing. Decorated with caramelised walnuts.

The Apple Cake consists of peeled and cooked apples, a macaroon base and vanilla cream.

The Hans Christian Andersen cake was made in 2005 to celebrate 200 years since the birth of
the great author.
H. C. Andersens cake consists of a classic lemon mousse, raspberry butter with anise and nut
sponge. Decorated with white chocolate as a symbol of the author’s paperclip.
