Vice cake lady Maria Stagetorn Kolos

Maria Stagetorn Kolos is the elder sister in the next generation of the Stagetorn Kolos family, who will take over the running of Conditori La Glace as of 8 October 2025. Born in 1995, she holds a higher education degree in International Business and Marketing. She has also spent two and a half years in London, where she gained valuable experience with corporate strategies and operations, specialising particularly in personnel development. Most recently, on 8 October 2024, she earned her qualification as a pastry chef following three dedicated years as an apprentice alongside her sister Laura, with whom she will lead La Glace into the future.

In her daily work, Maria is responsible for staff scheduling, employee development, and ensuring the smooth and modern operation of our online gift shop. In addition to many administrative tasks, she remains a warm and joyful presence on the shop floor, never without her infectious energy.
