NOTE – when ordering before Thursday 11 January 2024 at 12.00 – we are pretty sure they can arrive before Sunday (in Denmark only!).

However, the Glacette tastes excellent regardless of when it appears!

Description

At the change of throne in 1972, La Glace created a Margrethe cake, which has been part of the daily range ever since – for 52 years.

For the change of throne in 2024, we have created a Frederik X cake, which will be part of the daily assortment for the next several years.

On the occasion of the change of throne, we have produced both cakes in a Glacette version which can withstand a trip by post, so that all of Denmark can taste a bite of the change of throne. Note that there is a limited quantity.
