Laura Stagetorn Kolos-Lauritsen

Laura Stagetorn Kolos-Lauritsen is the younger sister in the next generation of the Stagetorn Kolos family, who will also assume leadership of Conditori La Glace as of 8 October 2025. Born in 1998, she holds a higher education degree in Business Economics. As part of her studies, she spent time on exchange in Australia and also experienced a very different reality during six months of volunteer work at a children’s home in Togo. On 8 October 2024, Laura too earned her qualification as a pastry chef, after three years of apprenticeship alongside her sister Maria, with whom she will jointly steer La Glace.

In her day-to-day work, Laura focuses primarily on accounts, bookkeeping, logistics, and technology, while also contributing to the efficient and consistent operation of the shop. Like her sister, she too participates in the Tour de Sportskage and co-hosts the historical talks on cake in generations with Marianne Stagetorn Kolos.
